Meet your Coach

Breann (Lange) Mabey

[Bree-Ann  Lae-NG  May-Bee]  (She, Her, Hers)

Before founding Elle Elle Coaching, I built my career piece-meal, performing a variety of roles and functions. I'm fortunate to have a decade of experience working within impact-driven companies, where their values and mission are not simply a repeated motto—but a committed identity.

I first found my niche as a part of the founding team of Enrou, a Forbes portfolio company that aimed to combat global poverty. As an entrepreneur, I wore many hats and learned what it meant to build a business from the ground up. As we expanded and grew, my role as the Director of Talent & Culture was crucial in leading our recruitment strategy, onboarding, team events, and ensuring that our values permeated every facet of the organization.

Those experiences defined me, and ever since I have continued to work with companies like The Giving Keys, Melinda Gates’ Pivotal Ventures, and TOMS Shoes, all businesses that promote sustainability, impact, and grassroots good. More recently, I've expanded my expertise into larger corporate environments, including a significant role at Universal Music Group. I am currently the Head of People at Premium Blend, a small tech consultancy and a certified B-Corp company, further deepening my understanding of how to embed people-first and purpose-driven strategies within diverse organizational structures. At my core, I am a people developer, thought-partner, and coach, who is always willing to get creative to solve complex and conceptual challenges.

I graduated from UC Riverside as a Neuroscience major and continued my education in Human Resources at UCLA Extension to secure my PHR Certification. After more than decade of working in the social impact space, I dove head first into the curriculum at the Center of Executive Coaching. Outside of coaching and shopping at B-Corps, I love Salsa/Bachata dancing, live music, cheering on The Dodgers, traveling with my family, and playing tennis with my husband, Kieran.
